The Thousandth Man: Episode 3 Recap

by: Raine

I am so sad. This episode dropped 3.9% according to AGB Nielsen Nationwide. Why? WHY?! I honestly believe this is due to the T-ara debacle. The cast is doing a stellar job, Hyomin very much included.

The beauty of this show is that it takes the same old story and portrays it in a way that gets me RIGHT THERE. It’s very intimate, mature, and addresses real issues while also having some very well-timed humorous bits and realistic family dynamics.

Big: Episode 3 Recap

by: Raine

Episode 3! Hoorah! I was expecting way  more hilarity than I got, but surprisingly, I’m not disappointed. Suzy delivered some deadpan cuteness (her best dish) and we got some insight into Yoon-jae, who I was pulling for! (I’m not going to mention my love for Hottie McJail Bait.) This episode was still full of a lot of plot set-up, but Da-ran and Kyung-big (Kyung-joon in Yoon-jae’s body) certainly provide enough character growth and body-swapping antics to entertain me for hours on end!

This episode scooched up a percentage point to 8.4% (AGB Nielson National), probably because of the appearance of cute little miss Suzy.

BIG makes me happy.

Rooftop Prince: Episode 7 Recap Link

by: Raine

It’s official. Rooftop Prince is my FAVORITE show. I watched it raw, laughed, cried and was struck with horror. I watched it subbed, and felt everything thrice as much. This is the role of Yoochun’s career. The cast is dynamic and has amazing chemistry. That said, it’s number one in ratings at 12.5% over King 2 Hearts’ 11% and Equator Man’s 10.8%. It’s the same rating as episode 6 but that’s pretty incredible for airing a day late! Continue reading
